Choose your own assistance

Tired of the same assistance exercises? The Custom Assistance feature allows you to add, edit and remove assistance sets from your program. Choose the number of sets and reps, or opt for a 5/3/1 structure for your assistance too!

Set your load

The Custom Assistance feature allows you to choose the type of load for your sets, with the following load types available:

• Weight - with the option to compute the plating or not
• Machine Setting - for machines with numerical settings instead of weights
• Accessory - for example: a weight vest or sand bag
• None - if you want just the reps

Define your own exercises

Don't see the exercise you want in the list? No problem. With the Custom Assistance feature, you create your own exercises to use in your assistance sets.
